A2 Level Global Perspectives & Research

Prerequisites: AS Level Global Perspectives and Research (D grade or higher).

In the A2 year, students take the skills they developed in AS and apply them to a single, in-depth research project on a topic they are truly passionate about. While this course encourages independent thought, it is built on a foundation of consistent, one-on-one mentorship and support.

Through personalised inquiry, regular support to refine research methodology and self-evaluation; students will develop the confidence to propose real-world solutions for issues affecting Aotearoa and the globe.

This course is best suited for students who are ready to take ownership of their learning. A commitment to self-management and a willingness to engage deeply with academic material is essential.
